We had high expectations going into Essence with all of the hype and talk. However upon entering and being greeted and seated I knew we were in for a treat. All of our expectations where blow out of the water in the best way possible. The service was INCREDIBLE and the food was even better. The cocktails where delicious and refreshing and fun. Everything was so well balanced and thoughtful. We are VERY lucky to have something of this caliber in our area. We will absolutly be back with joy.

We ate at the bar, celebrating out son’s 21st birthday. The bartender was incredible and made it a very special occasion. The food, as always, was spectacular.

The service at Cafe Navarre was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and made good recommendations when we asked him to. Two other staff persons stopped by to ensure that our dining experience was satisfactory. The food was outstanding; we enjoyed the presentation as well as the taste of each dish. We look forward to returning.

Everyone at our table loved the food! And our server was excellent. Have over 20% tip. I have two issues - one, my mimosa was almost as much as my meal! While I reflect on it, I do understand that I probably got two mimosas given the sparkling wine split and the so cute baby carafe of juice. So maybe that’s ok. What wasn’t okay was the table of middle aged women wearing leggings and pajama pants. I really do think you should have a dress code and get your staff comfortable with turning away people who are not dressed appropriately. This really detracted from the ambience of such a beautiful restaurant with high quality food.
