We went on a Thursday night as a couple for a celebratory dinner. It was fun being greeted by Eddie the Gangster and hearing his story. The place was crowded but they got us a table close to the time of our reservation. You wait in the car until they text you that the table is ready. There was live, gentle guitar music being played and we enjoyed it all through dinner. We shared the crab cakes, a bottle of red wine, the filet mignon with baked potato and green beans, and a cinnamon roll cake for dessert. The server was attentive and pleasant. Very nice evening out. We'll be back!

They did absolutely amazing. Food was great , drinks were great, everything was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a high end, 5 star meal. This is the place to go.

The Bull Ring has been a part of Santa Fe’s Culinary landscape for so long it's hard to think of a time when it wasn't there. The world famous Bull Ring offers all the most popular cuts, ranging in size from the the 8-oz petite filet to an enormous 40-oz porterhouse for two. The Bull Ring prepares steaks in an 1,800 degree grill and serves them on a sizzling hot plate with melted butter. The Bull Ring is also known for their juicy lamb or pork chops, mouthwatering barbecue baby back pork ribs or fresh seafood.

If you are looking for a more casual experience, the lounge is a local favorite, where you can mingle with old friends or make new ones in a Cheers-like atmosphere. The bar serves exceptional pub fare, including the succulent Prime Burger.

The Bull Ring is a place for those special occasions. This one was a birthday celebration. We told our server we were in no rush and wanted to enjoy a relaxed evening. She assured us that she’d get our appetizers ordered ahead of a large party but after that she’d roll it out at our pace. The steaks are the reason you go to the Bull Ring. Cooked to perfection, with just a drizzle of the red wine demiglace, were absolutely melt in your mouth. The appetizers and side dishes were also excellent, as was the crème brûlée for dessert. The service is just the right balance of attentive without being invasive. The ambience is old school, nostalgic (dark leather, hushed noise level). The Bull Ring is an excellent choice for a special night out. The prices, though fair for what you get, are not every day dining. But if you’re willing to pay for a fine dining experience, you won’t be disappointed.

Once again, an almost perfect evening. Service was good. Bordeaux was excellent. Steaks were grilled to perfection and the flavor was to die for. Spinach, sweet potatoes and mushrooms complimented the meats. Desserts delicious. Will come again.

We started off having cocktails in the bar, moving on to the lovely dining room for dinner. Everything was wonderful, food was superb and staff superb as well. all in all it was a great evening, we would definitely return.

We went for a Christmas dinner on Christmas Day & the food was AHmazing! The ambiance was nice & we also had excellent service. The chef made an amazing menu for dinner. Just excellent & a lovely meal.

In a town with many fine restaurants, El Rincon deserves ranking at or near the top. Modest in size, it does not get the same attention as some of the more heralded restaurants. Yet it serves consistently superb meals, from appetizers through desserts
