Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. Absolutely incredible experience and will be dining again! All of the food was amazing, service was incredible and at a great pace, absolutely loved it. The one thing I didn't love was that, although there was a dress code, some patrons were wearing short sleeved shirts, graphic tees, and shorts - which made my partner and I feel a little silly for taking the dress code so seriously. But otherwise, 10/10 and I will be going again! (Also, the prices were far more reasonable than I thought!)

Perfect evening! We love the Chop House, and tonight was even better! Marshall was a great server, personable, and offered menu suggestions to make our evening out even better! And the creamed corn was just right, as always!

Best restaurant in Milwaukee for taste and unique food. Noise level high which makes it hard to have a quiet conversation . Still would highly recommend.
