We went on the OOLA distillery tour and decided to have dinner at OOLA Capitol Hill afterwards — BEST DECISION, and such a fun way to spend the afternoon. The signature burger and fries are BY FAR the best burger I’ve ever had. My husband and I each had a cocktail, and they were superb. The staff were really nice and the atmosphere was really relaxed and fun. We had a great time! We live about an hour away from Seattle and I’m not exaggerating when I say that we will be driving back for that burger again!

Went there at night (while it was sprinkling outside), and it has such great views of the city but they had most of the drapes pulled out which defeated the purpose of such a great night skyline view. The happy hour oysters were fantastic, the food overall was pretty good, service was hit or miss, I’d go back to give it another try.

The oysters and fisherman’s stew were incredible. My only regret was I didn’t get a bowl of bisque to go. Highly recommended.

Despite the challenges of securing a last-minute reservation for five in the middle of January, Allister's exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated in their cozy, heated outdoor space. The attentive host even offered blankets to ensure our comfort – a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for a delightful evening. Drinks: While the cocktail menu boasts an array of tempting creations, I opted for a classic Old Fashioned. A glimpse of Allister's stunning bar has me eager to return for a more in-depth exploration (perhaps sans kids!). Appetizers: Don't miss the house focaccia – it's a perfect accompaniment to any dish (especially for sopping up delicious sauces). We also enjoyed the beef tartare, crab cakes, and clams – each one a testament to the kitchen's skill with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Main Courses: My recommendation? The pork chop. It was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and expertly seasoned. However, the Allister Wagyu burger spotted at neighboring tables has definitely caught my eye and will be my next order. Desserts: The dessert menu was equally impressive, featuring classics like crème brûlée and a playful "Cookie Monster" ice cream. But the standout was the Date & Molasses Cake with Drambuie ice cream. Its complex flavor profile – a blend of sweet, herb and a hint of spice was 👌🏾. Consider this your cue to explore the wonders of Drambuie! Overall: Allister delivered a memorable dining experience with its inviting ambiance, attentive service, and exceptional cuisine. Highly recommend!
