    We have been several times before and had no issues but this visit was not up to par. Service was slow, my steak was not cooked correctly and they seated us in a back room instead of in the main dining room. I was disappointed overall considering the amount of money we spent !

    Food and service as excellent expected. Per the request of one table in the dining room, lights came full on bright in dining room during our meal. Took 15 minutes and 3 requests to have a manager move us to a nice table. A comp glass of wine would have been nice for the inconvenience We kept or same server and everything else was wonderful..

    The reservation for six people was for 8 PM. We waited almost an hour for the table in a very crowded waiting setting.  This was due to the restaurant overbooking. We had two small children with us and needless to say the weight certainly did not answer our New Year’s Eve experience.

    I know it was News years eve, and restraints were busy, but this is no exiting drop the expectations of your guests. I have been a patron of this restaurant for a long time, last night the food was not up to expectations. Our steaks did not seem to be properly seasoned and the meat was tough and the portions have got smaller. I’m not sure I would return going forward. There are plenty of great steak houses where I can drop $500. 00 for dinner. We did express our concerns and the waiter was going to pass on our complaints for the evening.

    Terrific experience on New Year’s Eve, a very busy night. We ordered a variety of meats and sides, all great. Servers were great.

    Our dinners were delicious. We shared the crabcake appetizer - it arrived very hot(temperature) . Then we shared the chopped salad, the restaurant split the salad for us - so good! We each ordered the "side" of a lobster tail, most delicious. Our sides were a shared baked potato and creamed spinach. Everything tasted very good and arrived hot. This Ruths Chris in West Palm is wonderful. We would definitely return for another meal.
