Everything was amazing except for the loud private room party. My suggestion would be to close the door with the guests separated as I had to yell at my own table to speak to my dinner guests. Overall, spot on dining experience.

I had an amazing experience the hosttes was very kind and inviting, our server was amazing she answered any and all questions we had, she was very polite. The food was sizzling hot and well seasoned, I loved how they played lovely background music which wasn’t to loud so I could still have a conversation. The restaurant had an elegant atmosphere which really made my anniversary feel very formal and special.

First time here and it was worth the wait. Our server Kim was the most attentive server I have ever experienced. Will definitely go back.

Hands down the worst experience at any Ruth’s Christ. We are regulars of the one in Roseville and would give it 5 stars every time. This location however we will not be returning. We arrived to our reservation 15 minutes early but didn’t sit until nearly 40 minutes past our reservation. Once we sat our waiter didn’t come to our table for over 10 minutes and only after we asked another waiter to find ours (Dianna). Once we ordered we had to send each of our 3 steaks back for not being prepared properly, and my wife even had to send it back a second time. Even though our reservation was at 915 we didn’t get home until past midnight because service was so slow and no part of our order was compensated despite all 3 steaks being under cooked.

other than being sat about 30 minutes after our reservation time, the meal was very good. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding. The creme Brule was delicious. Ruth Chris never disappoints.

Perhaps it was NYE, the restaurant overbooked its reservations quite a bit. The result was waiting 45 minutes after the reservation time before being seated and almost 90 minutes for our main course. To be fair, the waiting staff and the food were both above average.

Reservations and early dinner are a good idea on New Year’s Eve. They did not miss a beat and food and service was normal (excellent). Before we left the restaurant was full and folks waiting. Again, reservations came in handy. My wife and I ordered fillets medium rare, shared a lettuce wedge & large baked potato. Belle Gloss, Pinot Noir by the glass was perfect with our entrees. Ruth’s is a favorite Sacramento restaurant.

Me and my wife come to the area every year between Christmas and the New Year and every year it never fails to impress. The service is always amazing, both the server themselves as well as the assistants. The ambience is always relaxing and calm yet you get an incredible feeling that this is the place to be. Absolutely 5/5 and will continue to come to this Ruth’s Chris for many years to come!
