   Been going here for years for special occasions & usually never disappointed, but not the case tonight. Filet mignons were undercooked, usually spot on for our desired med/rare, one almost raw inside which had to be returned to kitchen & then tough & over cooked around edges. Offered a new steak but everyone was already done with dinner by the time it would have been ready. Service was slow & overall seemed understaffed, having to ask multiple times for refills on water, also out of the ordinary but extremely disappointing for the expensive price paid. Will definitely have to think about it before we return anytime soon.

   Truly a wonderful birthday celebration! Hillary and Peter catered to our every request. The birthday guest was especially grateful for the special treatment and attention to detail. The food was absolutely delicious and we will certainly be back for more celebrations! Thanks to the entire staff for making our evening so special!!!

   We had Stephanie as our waitress and we had the absolute BEST experience!! I seriously cannot say enough great things about her, I honestly think she was the best server we have ever had out to eat in general… As a family of 3 with a 1 year old we very rarely go out to fancy restaurants, but Stephanie really made our night out celebrating a special occasion incredible! The service was quick, which was perfect with the baby, and she was even interacting with him as well! We will 100% be back to this location and 100% will be asking for Stephanie as to be our server. If I could give her 10 stars I would… restaurants need more servers like Stephanie!! 10/10 experience and we owe it all to her!

   Restaurant is dated. Service was not attentive. Food was OK. Capital Grille is a much better choice.

   I’ve heard such great things about Ruth’s Chris so I had to try and I was NOT disappointed. Everything was absolutely delicious! The Lobster Mac? *chefs kiss*

    Terrible Experience. I’ve dined at multiple Ruth’s Chris Locations such as Short Hills, NJ Aruba etc. The experience is usually the same at a high standard. This was by far the worst the worst Ruth’s Chris dining experience I’ve ever had and one of the worst in general. I called ahead for a table for 6, and let them know in advance that it was a special night to make sure everything went smooth since I was taking out my fiancées family after we just got engaged. We all ordered steaks around medium to medium rare. All of the steaks when they arrived were well done. One of the steaks in particular ordered by us which was a ribeye did not look like one and when we asked Peter the server if it was in fact a Ribeye he proceeded to mention the fact that it may be a bad cut of steak and closer to a Kansas City strip. If we are paying a premium for a steak the least the establishment can do can cook it at the right temperature or give us a ribeye like we asked for and not come up to the table and desecrate the cut we received. After we sent the steaks back and the manager Nick got involved he did bring all the steaks back to make sure they were the right temperature which I appreciate but it should have been overseen in the first place. The second half of the night they switched our servers to Hillary. She offered us all a glass of champagne to apologize and toast our engagement. The champagne that was offered and brought to us was flat and honestly off putting, definitely a bottle they just had to get rid of, I would rather that the gesture had not been offered if they’re going to give us something rancid. Then she proceeded to parade around our table with keychains that she gave us as an apology which just seemed unnecessary and desperate. Everyone got sick from the food the next day as a bonus. Worst dining experience ever.
