We took our family. They absolutely loved the food and drinks. It was a great dining experience, great food and staff. We will definitely go back.

It was crazy crowded , loud and congested and our waiter was stressed and rushed . He was very nice but stretched thin and it showed so that made us stressed as well. Felt like every inch was used for tables and even with an advanced reservation we waited on a table. The steaks for the guys looked nice and they seemed to enjoy them though the sides and my dessert coffee drink were not hot. The quality of ingredients was very good just too busy to be served warm. I am originally from NOLA and this is not he Ruth’s Chris of old -but fine for a steak house overall -due to less attention to the sizzling basted steak presentation . Would love for them to return to the old gold standard

Service by Ethan was really outstanding. Such a polite and attentive young man, who obviously has been well-trained and is experienced at customer service. The food was perfect. Steak was really the best we have enjoyed at any of the premium steakhouses. Strongly recommend this establishment.

Had an amazing experience tonight! From the moment I stepped out of my car and greeted with an umbrella, seated right away, and had the best service from Francisco. Great memories made with some of our treasured friends on Christmas Day...thank you Ruth Steak House!

Our visit was exactly what we went for! Excellent food, service, and ambiance! Our steaks were cooked perfectly! They are the best that we’ve ever had. The sides and desserts were delicious! We know we can count on that each time we go. Our server Fransisco was attentive with a great personality. We were very pleased with his service! You can’t go wrong with Ruth Chris for an occasion or a dinner out.
