   Thank you to this location firstly for giving us a beautiful table by the fire place to enjoy our 29th wedding anniversary. We also like to express our appreciation to Kyle our waiter who was attentive and provided excellent service all evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were sad to find out you went corporate and hope you don’t lose your style food and service. Thank you Olivia and Rob

   Ruth Chris is a chain of steakhouses so you would expect a similar experience regardless of which one you go to. Though that is largely true, I will tell you there are some variations in the menu, specifically desert (downtown has a great assorted fruit desert which the airport location does not. If you collect wine, this is not the place to find a high end wine list - slightly better than the Keg, it is pretty average wines. Given I watched another waiter just hold the whole bottle upside down into a decanter while he walked around a abl or guests, shows that you should not be asking for a sommelier here. Food is fine, though it seems that in my last 3 visits, at least 1 steak in our group has been over cooked. They are generally good about doing it again but only once did they comp it after realizing that everyone has finished dinner by the time the new steak had arrived - this time undercooked but my wife did not want to make an issue and waited till the steak cooked more on the sizzling plate. Cocktails are average but they do try and staff is generally nice - though the older men who work there clearly lack the sophistication of a fine dining establishment. You may ask, that if i have so many criticisms, why do i come back? I will tell you - my mother likes the sizzle on her steak with the butter. Otherwise, I probably would go somewhere else for fine steak dining.

   Great food. Meals served hot and simultaneously. Steak cooked to medium as ordered. Excellent flavour and tender. Voodoo shrimp a must - mildly spicy but enhances the overall dish. Sea bass cooked to perfection.

   Really good restaurant but slightly over price. knowing we are in the area of the airport probably the best stop around.

   Five star experience. Little loud at the beginning with a fairly large birthday party however was very reserved after that. We had the voodoo shrimp, chopped salad, porterhouse for 2 with creamed spinach and potatoes au gratin and finished off the meal with bread pudding dessert. Sheldon was awesome-provided some great service and was very attentive the whole night. When you want to treat yourself to a five star meal-this is the place to be. You get what you pay for in most instances; our night at the Toronto location exceeded expectations and then some. Well done, our compliments to the chef and the entire staff. We'll be back

   We absolutely had an amazing evening as we always do . Our server manny what great service never have to ask for anything he’s always there one of the best service from manny … and when me and my partner came in Isabella and Jada great host always greeters with respect amazing people,

    Occasion: Bestfriend Birthday Party Party Size: 3 Bill: $500 + Tip - Lobster Mac and Cheese was ordered, However only Mac and Cheese came (No Lobster) to our table - Medium Well Steak was ordered, however Medium rare steak came. My friends was highly disappointed - Restaurant was not busy, however our food was brought out after 1 hour after ordering One of my guest was not happy at all with the service/food quality. He had to wait for the right steak to come while my other guest and I finished our steak. He ended up taking the steak to go. I am a regular customer at Ruths Chris (Markham location) and the service, and food is always top quality. VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED with the service/food quality. Only discount given was on the lobster mac and cheese.
