   If you go early, it's not worth sitting on the bar side. I had a rez, and the hostess asked if I wanted to sit on the bar side for better drink deals. Cool. It was pretty empty. My bartender became inattentive after my first drink, the other bar person, was a woman who ignored me and my empty drink, empty water glass several times while refilling others around me. Awesome. 2 b**chy old boomers took the table next to me amongst all the other empties, then proceeded to talk loudly, talk on their cells on speakerphone, loudly several times, then complain about EVERY SINGLE THING that was or was not done to their exacting specifications. You'd think with the manager having to visit their table several times to calm their tantrums and finger snapping, I'd get my drink refilled, but no. All attention was on Boomers 1 and 2. Yay! It took 25 mins to get another cocktail and water refill. I've been here several times in the main dining area and had a lovely experience with attentive service. So if that's the experience you want, I would suggest not sitting in the bar dining area. I'd rather pay the extra 4 bucks per lemon drop martini to get the server to come back to my table in a timely manner. If I'm paying for an expensive dining experience, I would expect better service. I could get the same food at Yard House downstairs with better service for a fraction of the price. I wanted to treat myself and felt ignored by staff. A really disappointing visit this time it seems.

   First time and I really enjoyed everything from our greeter to our waiter! Food, ambiance it was all there! Definitely coming back!

   First time at this location. We had reservations for a birthday celebration. They decorated our table with some birthday confetti which made it special. Sam, our server was exceptional. The steaks were tasty, signature Ruth’s Chris.

   Our SERVER was the best!!! And the other two assisting her were amazing too! Having great service makes ALL the difference. The food is consistently amazing. I was with a girlfriend and we were sharing a couple of dishes. They made it SO very easy for us! Thank you!

   Side dishes and appetizers very good. Dessert (creme brûlée) was wonderful. Our drinks had to be remade- too much lime juice. Waiter was helpful and apologetic! Ironically our rib eye steak was way over-salted and not tender. Didn’t finish it. We used to go to Ruth Chris in Beverly Hills. This was our first visit to this location. Steak should have been the star of the show!

   Ruth's Chris' food quality and attention to detail service remains superior. The creamed spinach and mashed potato sides paired well with our wide variety of entrees.

    It’s fabulous but really expensive! We shared all the side dishes and ordered 2 file mignons and some drinks (but not many), and no desserts, just expressos. The bill went up to $300.
