Ruth's Chris Steak House La Cantera Terrace opened November 2015 in the beautiful la Cantera community next to the Eilan Hotel .
Enjoy award-winning cuisine and gracious hospitality and allow us to tempt you with a range of entrees from the finest USDA prime steaks, to the freshest seafood and poultry, imaginative side dishes, unforgettable desserts and an award winning wine list.

Your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavor and natural juices. Served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

    Everything was great. Good service and good ambience. Only problem was the Au Gratin potatoes. Yuch. Manager replaced them with a different potato (mashed) which was great. All in all, so much better than last year when we were forced to wait 30 to 45 minutes in spite of reservation. Of course we will return

    Didn’t care for the dog in the restaurant. Non service dog. Brought in the dogs food and mat to lay on. Then dog put his head on the table. We left but the dog probably ate off the owners plate. Unacceptable for any restaurant and especially a fine dining establishment like Ruth Chris.

    We had an amazing Christmas Eve meal! Our waiter made the entire experience memorable and the food was unmatched. We’ll be back for another special occasion in the future.

    The food was good, creamed spinach a little off. Prices have gone up. Scalloped potatoes is notw a specialty side ($15). Service was better than excellent. It’s still a great lace to dine.
