Over crowded on Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving Food was not good. Ran out of dessert. I should just gotten crab cakes or steak. Waitress was great and attentive. I won't be back on a Holiday.

As usual the food was great. Our service was terrible. Our server forgot meal items and didn’t make sure our used dishes were picked up before our other food was served. It was hectic, noisy and we were stuffed into a room with too many people. I don’t blame the bad service entirely on our server, but the restaurant management for being greedy and making too many reservations and expecting the staff to handle all of it.

Always 10/10 and our thanksgiving evening meal was no exception. They saved our table for us and we didn't even request it! Little things like this are huge. We were so surprised by how packed it was though so that definitely made it louder. I guess I thought we would be the only family that decided to make a reservation on Thanksgiving! Thanks for hosting us Ruth! You know we'll be back❤️

The Thanksgiving meal was superb--turkey was cooked to perfection, dressing was delicious as were all the rest of the trimmings. Staff was most attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for staying open on Thanksgiving Day!

The food and service were outstanding. We went on Thanksgiving Day (it was our anniversary, not specifically for Thanksgiving). The restaurant was VERY busy, therefore noisier than usual, with considerably greater customer numbers. None of these considerations would preclude going to Ruth’s Chris again. Always a terrific experience.
