   We decided to give Ruth’s Chris one more try since the last time we went, it was not the same taste and quality that we knew and loved. I’m happy to report that they’re back to their old ways and recipe’s and the food was AMAZING! Love their garlic crusted sea bass and lobster mac n’ cheese!!!!! Crave worthy! It’s gotten super expensive though in the last few years. That’s the only negative.

   Friendly waitress. Great service. Delicious food. Just can’t stomach paying nearly $20 for a baked potato. While the prime beef is worth the high price, we think the ala carte sides are grossly overpriced.

   Our Thanksgiving meal experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House was far below the standard we’ve come to expect, especially as returning customers who have dined here every holiday season for years. From the overcrowded check-in area to seating issues and subpar food quality, this visit was a disappointment on multiple fronts. We scheduled our reservation over a month in advance, anticipating the holiday rush. Arriving 30 minutes early to enjoy a drink at the bar, we were met with an overcrowded check-in area that posed a serious fire hazard. At the hostess desk, I was curtly informed that our reservation wasn’t for another 30 minutes, despite my intention to wait at the bar. Unfortunately, the bar was already overrun, leaving us with no choice but to leave the area. When we returned at 6:30 PM to check in, the crowd had grown even larger. We waited an additional 40 minutes beyond our reservation time to be seated. We had paid for an upgraded “window table overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.” In previous years, this has been honored, but this time, our table faced a pedestrian walkway with no view of the Strip. The glaring light from the Harrah’s Resort sign further ruined the experience. Attempts to request a move were met with unhelpful responses. Our waitress, Beth, deserves credit for doing her best under these challenging circumstances. She was professional and attentive despite the overwhelming situation. Unfortunately, the filet we ordered was not up to the usual Ruth’s Chris standard, especially given the premium price. Reinstate a system to manage elevator and crowd control, particularly during peak days like Thanksgiving. This was done effectively in the past and should be a priority to ensure guest safety. This was the most disappointing visit we’ve ever had at a Ruth’s Chris location. The overall experience, from check-in to seating and food, was a failure. We cannot recommend this location based on this visit.

   This place has a terrific ambiance, and excellent service. The steak, chicken, and Alaskan seabass were incredible but not worth the price. The large seafood tower is $215 and tasted very gamy. The food, while very tasty, is incredibly overpriced. Budget at least $200 per person for dinner and plan on being a bit disappointed.

   Once again, incredible food and drinks. We enjoyed a simple appetizer and drinks tonight since we had a full meal there last night. Had to go go back, food and drinks were so good.
