   To start off we had a late reservation but Mary hostess worked miracles and got us worked in. Ian was our server best service I've ever had anywhere.The food runner was so courteous and very attentive. We ate here 2 days ago and it was not good.We decided to go back and glad we did.The manager on duty Josh was called to our table and I told him this truly was the best we've ever had here.

   We ate at Ruth Chris at Cherokee And the food was excellent! Steak perfection! Very busy New Years Eve night and we were served quickly with excellent service.

   We ordered the New York strip. The steak was very tough. Our side dishes (baked potato and the Au Gratin potatoes) came out lukewarm. The device was not as good as it usually is. Very disappointed this trip. That’s too expensive to not have good food.

   First off it took the waiter forever to even come to the table. Then there was a list of things you were out of! A very long list which is SAD! Got our food finally & asked for one steak to be Medium and one Well done. Medium was good, well done was almost rare! Waiter took it back. It came back still with blood coming out of it. He apologized but it was late so I had a couple of my shrimp and no steak! Very upset that $200 was wasted!!!

   We live in Miami Florida dined at Ruth Chris on a number of occasions in Miami, we have enjoyed the experience most of the time, however our experience at your Cherokee NC location was one we would like to forget. The restaurant itself was a mess many tables needing busing trash on the floor including used cloth napkins. The restaurant was out of many items including Bread, certain cuts of steaks, sea bass, and chicken. Our waiter was excellent - doing the best he could under the circumstances. My opinion this is an example of poor management, lack of dedication to their job and customers.

    We had the crabcakes and the French onion soup as a starter. The crabcakes were amazing and my husband loved his French onion soup. We had the seafood tower size small it was very good, but in the past, we’ve had more seafood on our tower for the same amount of money, we are missing tuna And some other shrimps. It was just missing, but everything was delicious. We had crème brûlée for dessert and it was so yummy! The service was outstanding all at all. We had a really good time! I just wish there was more seafood on the tower. Just FYI that’s about the fifth time we have ordered a tower and it’s almost always different so don’t think you’re gonna get the same thing you ordered previously at this specific Ruth Chris.
