   Finished/dirty plates remained on our table far too long. Had to ask for them to be cleared multiple times. When they were cleared, we had to ask for more silverware and napkins

   We had an amazing experience, as always. We celebrated our anniversary. The table was decorated, we were given a card and we each received a wonderful dessert. It was a wonderful experience!

   The dining experience was superb. Henry is truly one of those great professional servers who makes the dining experience extra special for everyone. I have always enjoyed Ruth’s Chris while dining around the country, but this location may be one of my absolute favorites. Bravo! We will be back next time we’re in town.

   We came to celebrate my son and husband’s birthday. Had a great time and experience. Really appreciated your recognition from the card to the decoration on the table. Most restaurants when you mention these type of celebration on yo don’t do anything. Henry was absolutely fantastic, I really appreciate him taking great care of us and his sense of humor.

   Wonderful birthday meal with family. Food and service were fantastic. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable experience. Food was great especially the sweet potato casserole. Steaks were perfect.

   My recent experience at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse was quite underwhelming, to say the least. Typically, I look forward to their perfectly seasoned, sizzling steaks that remain hot throughout the meal, but this time was different. The temperature of the steaks was completely off—either overcooked or undercooked, which is disappointing given the price point and expectations for a restaurant of this caliber. Getting a steak cooked at the right temperature should be standard. As for the service, while the front-of-house staff was polite, they were inconsistent in enforcing the dress code. Our server, however, seemed to be bothered by serving us, messed up several orders, and even omitted some items altogether. Her attitude took away from the dining experience, and to make matters worse, she made some off-putting comments and handed us the check while we were still actively eating. At one point, staff attempted to clear plates when a few of us were still mid-bite, which felt rushed and inconsiderate. All in all, Ruth’s Chris is known for consistency and quality, but this location desperately needs improvement. The dining room was nearly empty from 6:30 p.m. until closing, which speaks volumes. If changes aren’t made, it’s likely this location could be nearing its end.

   The Woddford Reserve Bourbon cocktails paired with the four course pairing was absolutely delicious. The charbroiled oyster was paired with a Kentucky Berry Fizz. Yum! The pork belly was paired with a Run For the Roses cocktail which was made with WRWiskey, Vanillia-Strawberry-Rhubarb puree. Very nive but my favorite was the Burgoo paiared with a Kentucky Barrel Rush, which was comprised of WRDouble Oak Bourbon, creme de pe`che liquer, lime, spice brown sugar and black walnut berries. Os, so fine tasting and great pairing. The main dish was Woodford and Coffee infused prime strip steak and a Cafe` Reserve Old Fashioned. Oh so good! Everything was delicious and our server, Henry, was prompt, efficient, and delightful as alsways. We love Henry and Ruth's Chrs' dinner pairings. thank you for a wonderful time.
