    Me and wife were seated right away. We were seated at a table for two which enhanced our date night experience at Ruth Chris. The server Todd was also excellent and very relatable. He checked on us no less than 5 times for the hour we were there. The food is way above standard as it was the last time we dine there. The noise level was so nominal that me and my wife could hear each other clearly while speaking softly to one another. I highly recommend choosing Ruth Chris for your next anniversary celebration, special occasion or just an intimate dinner for two. You won’t be disappointed.

    I recently received a $100 gift card to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for the holidays. For New Year’s Eve, I decided to take my daughter there for a nice dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food was good, and the service was adequate. Everything seemed fine until the check arrived. The price for our shared appetizer, entrées, and shared side item all seemed reasonable, but the pour of 1792 bourbon I had ordered was listed at $47. I was floored. I asked our server about it, and she insisted that $47 was the price for a regular pour of 1792. Both disgusted and offended, I immediately paid the check and left the restaurant. Needless to say, in a town with numerous upscale dining options, including the Jeff Ruby restaurants, my suggestion would be to steer clear of Ruth’s Chris. For the same price point, Jeff Ruby’s offers a more elevated experience.

    Our food came out quickly which we greatly appreciated but then things went downhill. Steak was so rare it could not be eaten. We asked for them to take it back to cook longer but it took so long for them to bring it back the guest in our party had to get it to go. It took a long time to get our check . We were on a schedule and almost missed our concert as a result.

    Food was very good as always. Being New Year’s Eve the restaurant was very crowded, adding to the noise level. Service was also a little slow. Server told us he was waiting for bread but then never brought it; we had to ask.
