   We recently had the pleasure of dining at Ruth's Chris for the first time, where we enjoyed a lovely evening. Our reservation was honored promptly, and we were seated in a timely manner. However, the bread and butter served by our server had a noticeable black mark on the butter, which appeared to be a result of a dirty scooper. We discreetly removed the mark and proceeded to enjoy the bread. The Ravioli appetizer was exquisite. Unfortunately, the 11oz Filet did not meet my expectations, as it lacked the tenderness I have come to associate with a fine dining experience. In fact, it was tougher than the Filets I prepare at home using locally sourced ingredients from my grocery store. While the Filet was cooked to my desired temperature, it lacked flavor. On a positive note, the Brussels sprouts were delicious, and the bread pudding dessert was satisfying. The French press coffee was also enjoyable. Our server provided attentive service, but the ambiance felt more akin to a banquet hall than an intimate dining setting, which was not ideal for a Valentine's Day dinner.

   Jordan was an absolutely amazing and attentive server. He def made our experience much more enjoyable. The food was great and the atmosphere was relaxing.

   Not worth the price. Quality of food is no better than a Bone Fish or a Carrabba's, but for $300 more. Also, I made a reservation a month prior to Valentines day and was placed in the over flow room, which was in a hotel conference room. What a joke.

   Steak was not as good as it normally was. There was broccoli in our sweet potatoes and the waitress just said sorry but, don’t bother to switch it. Waiter was cutting meat off lobster tail and it fell on the table and didn’t swap it either.

    Busy night. We were seated on time but in what seemed to be an overflow room. Our table was in the doorway with lots of traffic. Miriam W. greeted us right away and was very nice and took good care of us the entire evening. The bar was very slow and our salads arrived before our drinks did. We both ordered steaks (at different temperatures) and one was over cooked and the other was under cooked, so we swapped. Food was great once we swapped steaks. One of us had the crème brûlée which was great but the chocolate moose was still partially frozen in the middle. After dinner we decided to stop in the bar for a drink and they were pretty busy. We did manage to get one seat at the bar and as we were waiting to order the bartender told us we had to get in line at the end of the bar, so we left. We will have to think pretty hard before returning to spend that kind of money if it comes with that kind of aggravation.
