   Unfortunately this Ruth’s Chris is incredibly lackluster…the atmosphere and service are subpar. On a not busy evening, our appetizer came before our water and sodas, we had to ask for bread, and then had to ask when our (non-alcoholic) drinks were coming as after 15-20 minutes, we still didn’t have them. The appetizer and entrees were good but the desserts were seriously lacking. We’ve been to Ruth’s Chris locations across the US and this was by far the worst one.

   The food was excellent, but there was not enough service staff. There was not anyone filling water glasses or clearing the tables between courses. There were trays with dirty dishes sitting for extended periods of time in the dining area. I almost knocked one over when backing out of my chair.

   We love Ruth’s Chris but this location needs to work on their creme brulee. The steak was perfect and other food was good. The desserts left a lot to be desired!

   Reservation was at 10:30 got there it was dirty dishes around our table from the previous party just sitting there our waiter passed us about 4 times before he acknowledged us there was one lady there slamming cups forks down cursing under her breath didn’t know the problem there it was just not a good experience at all

   Great experience. Food was amazing and the ambience was relaxing and refreshing. Our server was Dontavio and he was very attentive and high energy. My husband and I were also very appreciative of the anniversary dessert.

   Server was amazing. Food was very bland. The steak was cooked nicely but there lacked flavor in ALL the six side items we ordered except the sweet potato casserole. It was like the kitchen ran out of seasoning

    It was ok, I was not impressed. The food (Steak, Salmon) was bland. The appetizer bbq shrimp was not served hot and taste more like garlic saute shrimp which was very small. The drinks were good… The dessert tasted old. Losing its standard and ranking in upscale restaurants category.
