   We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and it was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special, and the food was incredible as always—steaks cooked to perfection and sides that were just as delicious. Their attention to detail made this milestone celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend for any special occasion or a fantastic dining experience!

   This was the worst experience I’ve had here ever. The service was the only thing that saved the terribleness of the quality of the food!

   I could not believe that at 6:30 on a Saturday night that a steakhouse would be out of almost all of the steaks. We were literally told we had two options. Neither was something I wanted to eat. Our main waiter was fine but the supporting staff were rushed to the point of rudeness, e.g., dropping of plates and walking away before checking on which diner it belonged to (remember these plates are really hot so picking it up and handing to someone else isn’t an option). I caught the eye of who I suppose was the manager as she walked around asking how people’s meal was. She made eye contact with me, turned around, and walked into the kitchen. We didn’t see her again. I’m fully aware of the cost at a steakhouse like this, We order expensive wine, have several sides and always try to enjoy ourselves. This was by far, the biggest disappointment in a restaurant in my adult life. For $750+ I would hope the staff could make some level of effort. Obviously the sale to Olive Garden has impacted the quality of the overall restaurant chain.

   The worst experience I’ve ever had….. service was awful watched two couples receive there meals before me they came in 30 minutes after I did…. Server had to much on his plate I feel like and forgot to put our entrée in to be made. I’m so done with this place there are better steaks to ate that’s worth the money

   this ruth’s chris offered the same first-class experience we’ve come to expect from the chain. it was my birthday, and the staff gave me a card, covered my table with birthday confetti, and served me a free dessert. the ambiance was lovely; the restaurant has doors that block the casino noise, so you can still enjoy your meal in an intimate setting. i’d absolutely recommend their new york strip, or any of their steaks, honestly. this was a classy, memorable dining experience, and we will definitely be returning.

    The food was outstanding. It always comes hot and that didn't disappoint. Service wasn't as professional as you would expect for a $300 meal. But that is the case now with most 4&5 star restaurants. I now jokingly call them high priced Outbacks. Once you are seated, good restaurants, usually don't make you feel rushed and in this case there was a we are about to close mentality. All around though a great night, nothing to stop me from coming back or recommending. This is one of the best Steak Houses in Biloxi.
