Side dishes were cold and no flavor…server mixed up steak delivery …we noticed we had each other’s steak after cutting into them …Cesar salad had a sour toast like dressing was old Definitely not our normal experience

This was our first time back to this location after the Asheville flood. Luckily, the building came through without issues. They had a limited menu, but our food was excellent! We had an excellent server and the dining room decor is very nice and fits the Asheville/Biltmore vibe. Overall a very pleasant evening!

The food was excellent other than the creamed spinach but this is a location that does not know what it is. Some of it may be they reopened after the storms but it is not like any other Ruth chris that we have been to before. The ambiance is not high end and the clothing of the various staff is confusing some in t shirts some nicer but none high end not what a 5 star restaurant should be. Service was a bit off as well and we were having a good time so it was not such a big deal but after my wife and I just looked and said we were not impressed at any level. Maybe time will tell and things can head back to the level of what a Ruth Chris can be
