At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Then, your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavor and natural juices. It's served hot and sizzling.     We had and excellent time, celebrating our anniversary . We were lucky enough to be seated away from the crowd in an area alone. Our waiter Hash was AMAZING. Moving forward we will always request to be seated in his area. He was kind attentive and informative. Our food was perfectly made to our taste and the ambiance was immaculate, especially to share our time alone and away from everyone else. We laughed, we had great conversation and we were able to simply enjoy our food and our time.

    A very nice experience. The only hiccup was the baked potato. I ordered it without cheese, but it had cheese. I pointed that out to the server (Ruby) who offered to replace it, but I declined. That item was deleted from the bill. The place is classy but comfortable, the staff is excellent and friendly, and the food - even with the cheese - is delicious.

    I had a filet, green beans, baked potato and mushrooms in a wine sauce. My husband had a large r8beye, augratin potatoes and a Caesar salad. So delicious so we will be returning

    This location does not honor reservations and gave our table away to a party who came in after us with a later reservation forcing us to be sat in the bar. The bar is a completely different atmosphere and not why we came in to have a family dinner and the servers who work in the bar don’t seem like they’re held to the same standard as the regular dinning. Everything we ordered either came out wrong or they were out of. We had such a magical time last Christmas we wanted to make it a new tradition and that was ruined by last nights experience. The food was amazing as it should be but the overall experience was not.

    Busy busy night. Xmas day will not be in our future. Not prepared for the crowds. Had a 6:30 reservation sat at 7:05. Didn’t get salads until 8. Ran out of a side dish. Asked for a clean fork took 5 minutes.
