                                                          Awesome dinner for New Year's eve. Prime rib and lobster, prawn cocktail and lobster bisc soup. Super busy. Reservation was for 6:45pm. Seating was at 8pm. First dish on the table was 8:30pm. Our waitress was pretty bland. Zero introduction. Lack of enthusiasm and no information on expectation of our meal being served. I know it was super busy, but a little customer service goes a long way. We gave a 20% tip, but hindsight... she just did her job. Nothing more and nothing less. BTW didn't even ask us on our drink order. Lack of followup after initial order.

                                                          Considering how crazy busy it was, we had a great time! The bartenders were slammed but on top of it. Amanda our server was a doll - very considerate and very efficient. Our dinners were all outstanding - the best lobster, lobster bisque, blue cheese salad dressing, prime rib, baked potatoes and lemon meringue pie with berry sauce - all outstanding and served hot! Rudy’s has been our favorite old fashioned dining experience for over 25 years!

                                                          The area we were in was very loud, acoustics are not that great, but the food, service, and wine selection makes up for it!! We go every New Year’s Eve for dinner!

                                                          I ordered the fried prawns. Menu stated they were fresh battered prawns. They were not. Waitress said they were battered in the kitchen. I said ok, prove it. Bring me a raw prawn from the kitchen. She brought me a frozen pre battered prawn. I sent the food back. Manager still made me pay for the meal.

                                                          Celebrated my SIL's birthday. We enjoyed the cocktails (Cosmo, Basil Hayden, Beer, Jack/Coke), appetizer (Calamari), and mains (Steak/Lobster, Huge Lobster Tail, Prime Rib). All were spot on delicious. We frequent this restaurant for special occasions because we know it will always be really good. It was the first time my brother and SIL had been and they want to return soon!
