   Expected a much better experience for this price tag. Wait staff was good and helpful, but our filets were over-charred and not hot when served. Brussels sprouts were very flavorful but WAY too much salt - eventually deemed inedible. Mac and cheese side was delicious. Wine prices are crazy-high, which is annoying but expected, however the reds by the glass were disappointing at best. Recommend going for the happy hour (lobster roll and Wagyu beef tartar were great) and heading somewhere else for dinner.

   Unfortunately, my friend was sick and unable to join me. I went all the same. There was a table of 5 men right across from my table. "My" waitress was fawning all over them and TOTALLY forgot about me!!!! Right in front of my face! I would have ordered another drink and dessert but I could have starved before she took my order. The bus boy was lovely and he got me a box for my leftovers. I will never come back and will tell all my friends... You better come with a man or the service "sucks"!!!

   The level of service was outstanding here, we went to celebrate our birthdays and we were greeted with special menus congratulating us on our birthdays which was nice to see. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, attentive, and nice throughout our whole dinning experience. Now the food, we went there to specifically try the selections of A5 Wagyu and it did not disappoint. Although pricey, trying all of their higher graded Wagyu (we did 2oz of each) was a delight, cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. It was also really cool to learn about the RPM exclusive grade (our favorite). The sides and appetizers were also very good and matched the presentation of the steak. A cool callout was the cotton candy you get for celebrating an occasion there.

   Dining at RPM Steakhouse is more than a meal; it’s an experience. From the moment you step inside, the elegant and modern ambiance sets the stage for what is destined to be a memorable evening. The warm lighting, sophisticated décor, and impeccable attention to detail immediately create an upscale yet inviting atmosphere. The service is flawless. The staff strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness, making you feel welcome without being overbearing. Ray (our server) is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, offering excellent recommendations tailored to your preferences as well as pairings. The highlight, of course, is the food. RPM Steakhouse serves some of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The cuts are premium, cooked to perfection, and seasoned expertly to enhance the natural flavors of the meat. We indulged in a flight of the Japanese Wagyu - Namiki, Sendai, Snow Beef and Takamori. All were some of the best Wagyu my wife and I have ever tasted. But RPM Steakhouse isn’t just about steak. The appetizers and sides are equally impressive. The Alaskan king crab with drawn butter and the burrata with truffle honey are phenomenal starters. For sides, the truffle mashed potatoes and charred broccolini are a must-try. Dessert is not to be skipped. The chocolate cake is decadently rich, and the cheesecake is delightfully creamy with a perfect graham cracker crust - along with the delicious vanilla sugar doughnuts which are out of this world. The wine list and cocktail menu are just as curated as the food. Whether you’re in the mood for a bold cabernet to pair with your steak or a top shelf bourbon, RPM delivers on every front.    This reservation was for my mom's birthday-showed up at 4:42 PM for our 4:45 PM reservation--we were not seated until 4:55 PM. Never have I had to wait to sit down for a reservation. The lobby area was full of people waiting for their tables, it was overwhelming. We were told to go to the bar, wait and get a drink but it was so busy you couldn't even get a bartender's attention. Our waiter didn't take our order until 5:15 PM, 20 minutes after we sat down. Food did come quickly after we ordered. Food was incredible but did end up being about $200 per person. Cotton candy is always the best part in my opinion.

   Overall, I would have to say we were disappointed. RPM has been better in the past. We had reservations for 4:45 and our table wasn’t ready until 5:03 so we sat at the bar in hopes that we would have a drink, but the bartender ignored us and served four other people before we had to catch her attention. By that time our table was ready very disappointing in the bar service. The food was not as expected. We rated the salmon, a 5 out of 10 and the 8 ounce fillet 7 out of 10.  However, the gin and tonic and old-fashioned as well as the carrot cake were 10 out of 10! We had 7 different people serving/waiting on us, including the waiter, water refill person, woman who offered us dessert, woman who brought us dessert, and woman who brought our drinks, and the man who brought our coffee. None of which asked if our meat was cooked the way we liked it. The steak was not medium. It was more medium well and his salmon was a little undercooked. The brussels sprouts were super spicy and gave us a lot of of indigestion later in the evening. Overall, disappointing as I have had better food at RPM in the past.

   Had a wonderful time! Our server David was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He lead us in the right direction with the menu. Thank you David! Everything is wonderful but the dessert takes the cake! Love the cookies and cream ice cream and the Baked Alaska!
