We had a terrible experience. Our table was not ready until 30 minutes after our reservation. The staff was rude and dismissive. The food was disappointing and cold. The worst part was that they did not do anything special for our anniversary. This was our first wedding anniversary and we will never be able to get that night back. Very disappointing evening.

We booked in advance as we were coming from out of town for a college tour on my daughter’s birthday. I noted our guests allergy restrictions as well. We were seated 25min after our reservation, and in the noisy bar area. I will say the most pleasant experience of our visit was our host. He was engaging, friendly and gave our guest the dietary restricted menu. Our server, who was also a busy bartender, did not recall the guests dietary restrictions at any point in the night. He didn’t even seem concerned. Never have we experienced this in any restaurant, let alone one of this caliber. The food was great, but service brought the whole dinner experience down to a subpar level making the restaurant not worth visiting again. Such a disappointing dinner for my daughter’s birthday

Thank you so much for another wonderful experience at RPM Italian!! We loved all of the food and the ambience is always amazing. It was my birthday celebration and they brought out special menus with my name on it and birthday gelato at the end which was delicious!!

The 6 of us will NEVER dine at RPM again. Never. Our server, Mary Katherine, was terrible. She ruined our evening. Insulting to pay that much & be treated like garbage. They are many other fine restaurants in Chicago. No reason to spend our money at RPM. The bartendef was equally rude. We will spread the word.

We had a wonderful experience!! They have terrific customer service, we were even running late due to traffic and were very understanding. From the minute we arrived they made us feel very special as were celebrating my boyfriends birthday and even did a custom menu with his name on it! I was just as excited! Our server Josh was incredible too, and really took importance on my Gluten Allergy! Will be back!!
