   Overall decent, bar and drinks good. Apps overall good (meatballs, garlic bread). Entrees: chicken parm somewhat pedestrian, crab pasta and branzino very well executed. Desserts good, especially donuts and mini ice cream cones, carrot cake very average and likely frozen prior, Tiramisu decent. Service too slow and poorly timed, waited 20 mins for apps and what seemed like 20 mins for dessert and then waited for the bill to be rung for 10+ minutes. Very polite and proper service, yet server was often socializing and or slow.

   We were at RPM on a Sunday night. The place was pretty packed, but because of our open table reservation, we were seated promptly. We did have to wait about a half hour for the drinks we ordered, but the waitress clearly had many tables to cover. The bread we ordered was fantastic. I had the spaghetti and meatball. The meatball was a 10 out of 10 - extremely delicious. The spaghetti was definitely al dente and far too firm for my liking, but I know others like it like that. My wife had the chicken parm and it was very good. Overall, this was a very nice dining experience and we will be back. The atmosphere and the vib were definitely at a high level.

   We had a terrible experience. Our table was not ready until 30 minutes after our reservation. The staff was rude and dismissive. The food was disappointing and cold. The worst part was that they did not do anything special for our anniversary. This was our first wedding anniversary and we will never be able to get that night back. Very disappointing evening.

   We booked in advance as we were coming from out of town for a college tour on my daughter’s birthday. I noted our guests allergy restrictions as well. We were seated 25min after our reservation, and in the noisy bar area. I will say the most pleasant experience of our visit was our host. He was engaging, friendly and gave our guest the dietary restricted menu. Our server, who was also a busy bartender, did not recall the guests dietary restrictions at any point in the night. He didn’t even seem concerned. Never have we experienced this in any restaurant, let alone one of this caliber. The food was great, but service brought the whole dinner experience down to a subpar level making the restaurant not worth visiting again. Such a disappointing dinner for my daughter’s birthday

   We were getting impatient because our reservation was at 7:45 PM, but we weren't seated until 8:10 PM. The restaurant was packed. However, the meatball pasta was delicious, and so was the lobster ravioli. The tiramisu was the best I've ever had, so make sure you don't leave without trying it. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and excellent. I absolutely loved the Paloma cocktail; it looks like water, but the taste is amazing and incredibly satisfying.

    The attendant at front desk managed to find is a great table but could have been friendlier. good food as usual
