Tired facilities and menu. Everything needs a face lift. Bathroom unkempt and I serious need of update. Carpet old.

The food was excellent! Even though we sat outside, the heaters were on and everyone was comfortable. Our service was timely and friendly. Great experience. We’d come again.

Really enjoyed our meal with friends. The food is fantastic & fresh! Service was great, all were very friendly. Ashlyne was great! It does get very loud in the evening with the bar full of folks tho.

I arrived for my reservation at 7:15 pm. I was seated and waited 15 minutes for the waiter to acknowledge me. I ordered then, and my entree was finally brought at 8:50 pm. One hour and 20 minutes is too long to wait.

The empty inside restaurant on a Saturday night should have been a clue but we have eaten at Roy’s many times. We ordered an appetizer that never came out. I ordered the signature butterfish entree and it came out within 5 minutes of ordering and was the very “fishy”tasting as if on the verge of being bad. My wife’s dish was much of the same. I left cash for my glass of wine and we left. So sad. Roy’s has been a favorite for many years but I won’t be back.

Staff were great, drinks weren’t consistent and the fish was dry.

The service was subpar and the noise was way too loud for a business meeting.

We seated at 12:30 with a reservation. We got a water and proceeded to order over the next 10 minutes and sat for the next hour with no food whatsoever. Finally at 1:30 we had to get up and leave as we had a meeting to go to. They were shortstaffed, obviously in both the white staff and in the kitchen. The waitress apologize it wasn’t her fault. As we were leaving, she stated our food was up and they boxed up a few items for us to take with us at no cost. Very frustrating lunch !!!
