   It was a very enjoyable experience. The wait staff were knowledgeable and friendly and very efficient. The bartender was excellent with her service and making the drinks. The food was was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal and raved about the dessert.

   Good food. Very, very slow service for a 5pm reservation. We didn’t make it out until 8pm even with rushing the waiter.

   Booked and sat down. After waiting 40 minutes for our food we were told we had to wait further 40 minutes. For the absurd prices they charge, this is really ridiculous. We left w/o eating

   The menu was limited compared to the online version “adapted for the conference”. The food, hot soup and hot entree, all arrived together. It was rather good, but portions were very small. The cocktail never came and we had to ask for it after 10min. We had no knives and had to ask for one. It was never brought to us, so after 10min we just got up to take one from another unoccupied table. The noise level is very high and it is difficult to have business meetings.

   We had a reservation at 12:15pm, and ordered several appetizers for our meal shortly thereafter. As of 2pm when I had to leave, we still hadn’t received our food. A complete mess.

   I took a good friend here to watch the Parade of Lights because of the view, the food I’ve experienced in the past and the fact that they advertised “Vegetarian” options since my friend was a vegetarian. The receptionist and waitress were so great! But the food disappointed. A vegetarian menu was presented to my friend but they said they didn’t have all but one. The one was hummus plate but there was very little hummus and other vegetables with no real sauce. Sad. I had a lobster roll and there was no sauce or soy sauce presented as well. I had to ask. Just disappointed…….

    Love this restaurant from Honolulu to San Diego but did not know it was different owner ship between mainland and island.
