    It was not busy and yet we waited over 90 minutes for our entrees and one entree was not delivered with the other 4. I guess they forgot it. Overall not an experience I want to repeat. Too many other options out there

    We went for the lobster tail special and the dinner was just ok...lobster was a little bit tough. Service was a disappointment. 15 minutes to get a drink and little follow up. Ordered their old fashion and got a small whiskey glass half full including the ice cube for $17. Been there several times over the last few years but had not been there recently. Not planning to go back.

    Amazing craft cocktails and really wonderful food and service. Our group loved the lobster bisque, the sushi roll with Wagyu, the Chilean sea bass and the chocolate soufflé.

    …..Sushi was Ok not like wow….I’ve been charged for ginger and wasabi …that’s a no go ….poor ….my husbands lobster tail was not very good …..Salad was just OK …nothing was outstanding …

    Excellent food but atmosphere poor, especially as we were seated right at the back, out of the way, in a half empty restaurant. Cocktails didn’t arrive until appetisers were half finished! Very expensiv!

    Ordered 3 mai tai drinks for the table and your bartender obviously does not know how to make your signature mai tai. Your server told us they used light rum yet the drink was mostly clear with a little dark rum added to the top. We have had it numerous times and missed it so we ordered it and what a disappointment. Didn’t look like a mai tai and didn’t taste like it and the drinks were full to the rim with ice so we knew we weren’t even getting much for the price. Absolutely a disappointment and would not order it again. Roy’s was always known for their signature Mai Tai.
