Roaring Fork is an American Western Bistro. We utilize a combination of ingredients indigenous to the American West and locally grown, including produce, to capture the 'spirit' of the west. The restaurant offers a comfortable, laid back environment that includes friendly professional service and the highest quality food. A great deal of attention is paid in creating the recipes and always using ingredients that are found in the American West. Western cuisine is not a ceremony; it's a celebration! The robust flavors and the courage to try something different is what we are all about. We would like to invite everyone to experience our 'spirit' while enjoying our food and hospitality.

The Roaring Fork's Wood Fired Cooking captures the spirit of bold American cuisine, creating flavors that crackle with a rugged edge. In the Old West, the best food was prepared on a simple wood fire. This same spirit, freshness and flavor are at the heart of every dish we serve.

Ordered the rainbow trout and it was delicious as always! The asparagus that came with it were very marginal half of them were yellow on a large part and I could not eat them. One guest had the chicken and two had the tomahawk pork chop which they said were great.

I have been meaning to come here for ages. Finally made it to celebrate my birthday. The place was rustic and cozy our server Kelsey was great. She walked us through the menu. Tried one of their new appetizers. Lamb lollipops with a White wine dip. Delicious lots of lamb for the price and the bread and squash side that came with it were just right. Husband loved the mashed potatoes and his filet. My ribeye was huge and done nicely. Planned on having leftovers the bourbon spice beets were different and spicy and I liked them. Brought home the dessert to try later. Overall it was a nice place and was fairly busy even at 530 on a Saturday

Roaring Fork is a local place that should not be missed! The food is terrific and a great value!! For us though it was the service provided by Val. She was super engaging and very knowledgeable and prompt. She followed a previous manager to be there and that speaks volumes about the leadership of Matthew! I will return again and ask for her section. Try the queso dip!! The pork chop was amazing! Loved it all for a thanksgiving eve!

We had a spectacular experience at Roaring Fork last night! The ambience was very special and despite being somewhat crowded there still was a wonderful level of romance and intimacy. Our server, Kailyn was truly spot on and we had a great time!

Server Rachel was great - friendly and helpful. All really enjoyed the food. Salmon was tender and a perfectly cooked medium rare. Fish taco dinner and big burger much enjoyed by my sons. Mashed potatoes were kindly substituted for asparagus. Corn bread delish and son appreciated all the Diet Coke refills. Thank you to all staff. Will be back.

We are a group of friends that meet monthly, and we dine in different places in Scottsdale and Phoenix. We also celebrated a birthday of one of our colleagues. We love the Roaring Fork, and we will be back!
