因為之前在台茂店用餐，覺得應該對親子十分友善，所以昨晚選擇與家人前往用餐 1. 晚上5點前往，抵達時沒人協助安排嬰兒座椅。 2. 點餐時，告知涮涮鍋沒了，點開菜單也有蠻多品項都停售。 3. 用餐期間服務生上醬料也未告知醬料使用方式以及醬料是那些。 4. 協助煮麵時，有詢問湯頭是否會覺得太鹹，已告知覺得偏鹹，但後續也沒有協助調整，直接就煮麵了。 5. 餐後服務人員因為看到後面定位的客人來了，就先來收桌時，留下一句後面客人來了，當下覺得原來現在服務人員都這麼直接。 6. 再來到我們要去結帳，桌上尚有未用畢的飲料，都沒問就直接收走，完全就是一個在趕客人的情況，後面再補說我們沒有趕客人。只想說，以上讓大家來評判吧。

以這種價位來看待，服務品質還有很大的進步空間： 1.食物點了有漏掉需要客人跟服務員反應才送來 2.鍋底沒湯了也是要客戶自己跟服務員反應才會來加 3.桌子不大但肉盤菜盤擺滿桌，服務員還問客戶說要放在哪？ 4.有提供兒童餐點但沒有安全餐具？以四人套餐每人單價破千元的餐廳來說，期待值自然不小。食物新鮮是基本的，菜肉品質好但也沒有特別好吃到驚豔，服務品質也是一般，相較下王品的服務體驗來得更好，提供給店家跟食客們參考

兩人用餐被安排在吧台區，認為應事先告知，或是訂位時就直接顧客選是要一般座位區還是吧台座位區，高單價的鍋物，坐在吧台區用餐覺得不適，桌面也很小，人員收其他客人的空盤子直接放在我正前方的桌面下？距離超近又疊超高！不衛生程度到一個極致，整個用餐過程不是很舒服，真的需要改善，第一次吃也是最後一次吃！
