鬆餅機壞了一台，一台鬆餅機真的不夠用，需要等待很久才能順利完成烤鬆餅的機會，大大的減少用餐過程中的樂趣。ㄣ嗯～很傷心💔

不錯,火鍋料品項太少,東西補充速度太慢,碗盤常常還有水滴,亦有發現不乾淨的,生日禮只能換50元湯底,有些不夠誠意

送餐速度算快，價錢還算可以，肉品質還不錯，海鮮部分普通，整個吃飽飽。下次有機會一定會再去。喜歡吃肉的可去嘗鮮一下。

是我跟好友最愛吃的火鍋店之一，肉質不錯，雖然颱風過後菜價貴但補菜速度快，抹茶冰淇淋很綿密好吃，服務生很親切，也會幫我們銀髮族點肉，每次都吃的很開心

反映肉盤沒洗乾淨，後續處理服務都還不錯，但在做鬆餅的時候，鬆餅沾黏卡在鬆餅機弄不下來，經過兩三個服務生都沒人要幫忙…

Lalaport 台中店... 很方便~吃完可以逛逛消化肚子... 現烤鬆餅和霜淇淋很特別... 還有茶包可以泡茶喝...

大致上跟涮乃葉差不多，多了鬆餅跟刨冰機可以自行使用，另外有觀察到店員對於較年長的顧客很有耐心，也很常去協助及詢問是否要幫忙

吃到飽的好選擇但應該當天人手不足肉等了十多分鐘還沒送來吃過涮乃葉系列很多次這次體驗因為豬肉的部分切的厚很多大概以往三倍厚吧口感很老但鬆餅的體驗很有趣人手正常的話還是很值得一去的

頂級和牛根本不到和牛等級肉太澀了還不如吃雪花牛就好！撈雜質的罐子滿了請服務人員換人走了罐子沒在回來⋯有小孩一直在自助吧玩食物也都沒人管理真的很噁心！
