   我們是開門沒多久就進去的客人，服務人員服務都很好，湯底還是跟以前一樣好喝食材也新鮮，建議可以詢問有無來過用餐幫忙介紹一下湯頭給沒來過或很久沒來的客人會比較好，實際體驗沒有像網路評論的那麼不好，推薦大家

   服務人員太少，等很久才來，高麗菜不新鮮，難吃，布丁是用粉做的，品質超差，這家餐廳比其他分店差很多，不論是服務或是食材都很不好

   最大的魅力在於食材的多樣性，無論是肉類、海鮮、蔬菜還是豆製品，都能找到喜愛的。每一種食材放入湯底後都會吸收不同的味道，最後湯底的味道會更加濃郁。

   冷氣不夠冷，建議可以把每個出風口都可以有冷氣！ 服務人員太少～他們太忙了！ 服務鈴好像都沒有什麼用～希望可以調整！

   東西不錯, 但是就是不夠滿足. 有一點貴, 但是不夠那個價格. 簡單來說 個人鍋火鍋滿街都是, 相較於一般個人鍋店, 聚的特色不夠多。 貴的就沒有太多道理. 想看看聚和十二鍋的差異 !

   工作人員忙碌，加個湯/菜要登上一小段時間，我覺得人手可能不足。各桌緊鄰使空間內噪音頗大，難與同桌說話。

    這間是套餐式的比較喜歡 但可能人員不足 點餐出錯了 年輕的服務生態度可待加強 久久吃一次!!還是不錯的!!
