   瓦城服務人員態度很好，我們點飲料時，不小心忘記點熱飲，送來冰的奶蓋，服務人員很貼心地幫我們重新更換成熱飲。生日壽星還贈送摩摩喳喳免單，超棒的。

   座位設計很有問題，兩人座位緊鄰六人桌，根本無法用餐，整個餐廳非常嘈雜。只想趕快逃離。非常罔顧兩人座的權益。

   我覺服務人員有到位，但缺少對工作愉悅心情，很公式化的應對，鼎泰豐的服務人員有感受到他們工作熱誠態度。

   位置方便，坐位距離足夠。這次晚飯是敍會，網上預約方便快捷。菜單款式不多，食物水準不俗。希望以後能保持。

   服務很好，隨時補上開水，隨時注意客人用餐狀況，湯匙一掉，還沒開口就馬上補上，超級貼心，那天服務的員工非常棒、非常優質
