   服務人員桌邊服務很棒，一直勤勞更換烤網及回收用過的碗盤。點了豪華全牛套餐，吃完覺得超飽！用餐體驗佳。

   1.食物的部分，都尚可，沒什麼突出，食材等級擺在那。 2.服務態度很正常 3.器皿的部分要加強，分裝盤洗好要擦乾淨吧？疊在一起但是都是水。有些是塑膠材質，有些是瓷盤，不太懂為何要用不同的材質，尤其是用塑膠的挺廉價的？而且塑膠盤上面會有累計下來的使用痕跡。 4.沙拉的有些菜真的很大一片，一口難塞的大片。 ㄣ第一次吃屋馬，可能不是在黃金時期去吃，個人覺得就還不錯，就那樣。

   上次去屋馬中友店，出菜時間間隔非常久，甚至加點的主食一直等到肉出完才上…這次想說去崇德店，可能比較不雷，但上肉之後，沒有給夾子，中間爐火熄了兩次，入座半小時都沒辦法吃東西，這樣的價位，連很基本的服務都不完整…

   用餐時不是巔峰時間 但，點個溫水跟洋蔥需要等超過15-30分鐘，真的等很久 現場服務員一問三不知，觀念需要再教育 肉質不錯，黑霜蘿白個人不推薦

   肉質海鮮新鮮，雞湯很順可續，粥上來時就較冷且料少食材普通不值得加價升級；桌旁服務好，門口服務較冷漠

   ㄨ屋馬使用的和牛價位還不是更好，同價位我不會再次選擇屋馬而是銅花，銅花使用的和牛入口即化價格也跟屋馬差不多。

   崇德店很新很大,硬體比之前吃過的分店好很多,食物依然好吃,兩人套餐多到吃不完,最後的甜點盤總是很用心的寫字超級喜歡

   韓風牛筋太多，口感不佳。 其他尚在水準內，飲料偏甜。 用餐時間有點趕，沒有合作的停車場，以這種價格不太貼心。

    有帶小寶寶的關係，領台哲豪幫忙安排了僻靜的位置，長輩慶生很開心唷！覺得店內服務很好，細節很到位…非常感謝哲豪與服務生37號熱情且負責有耐心的漂亮美眉服務，住附近會常常光顧。
