| 訂位注意事項及規範 |

一、本店座位為四人桌，若您訂5位以上(含5位)，用餐座位會自動安排分為兩桌以上位置，桌距皆為走道，如6位，會安排兩張四人桌(分開坐)，以此類推。

二、用餐座位皆依現場狀況安排，無法指定座位，餐廳保留最終安排座位之權利。

三、除導盲犬外，禁止攜帶寵物。

四、本店附設停車場僅有10個車位，無法提供保留，目前沒有配合特約停車場，步行距離最近為市政地下公園停車場(丙出口方向)

五、訂位時間保留10分鐘，用餐兩小時。

    整體上來說東西好吃 ，服務人員也很親切，吃的很飽時間也充裕，雞湯也不錯，飲料可以喝到飽就更讚了，吃烤肉就是要配飲料😄

    店員很服務貼心，對於第一次用餐的我們真的不知如何下手，後來店員親切的詢問我們有沒有需要幫忙介紹，後來店員一步一步不厭其煩的知道我們的喜好後，幫忙點餐，也讓我們享受到美味餐點，第一次的體驗很讚，下次還會再去這家光顧

    可能是假日生意很好 服務生比較忙 前幾次烤網很黑了 都要我們自己麻煩服務生幫我們換 之前去都是服務生會發現主動幫我們更換 後來用餐時間剩半小時 也許是比較多人結帳離開 沒那麼多組客人用餐 服務生才開始主動幫我們注意烤網黑了沒有 其餘都很讚👍🏻

    久久來一次，覺得食物的量變少了，無法吃飽 食材是算新鮮，服務人員換烤網速度很勤快 但小小建議：是否可以放濕紙巾在抽屜給我們自取使用呢？

    放置菜品的時候還要幫忙放一下，座位設計對於服務員很不友善，導致服務員還要進到位置內擺放菜品，當天人很少，也沒有告知肉品大概要烤多久，應該要做一個表單給顧客建議最佳食用方法

    餐點及服務都很不錯，但可惜當天桌上的碗盤卻是濕的，而且感覺沒有洗得很乾淨，稍稍失望，或能改善相信會更好。

    和牛好吃，其他食材也都很好，服務用心，店員幫忙烤蝦，烤的好好吃，但結帳跟補昆布鹽等比較久，不過整體很不錯👍👍👍 國安店很好停車👍👍👍

    上次去跟這次去點一樣的肉，第二次去吃，肉的含筋量大約是前一次的3倍，反映後回應事本來筋就會比較多，看來是我上一次運氣比較好 甜點紅豆抹茶冰淇淋，紅豆有1/3幾乎是生的，咬到牙齒會痛，一樣有反映，但好像店家也不能怎麼樣

    需要先訂位，以免等很久。因為，現場有很多客人在等！裡面的氣氛很好,但是音樂很大聲，很怕小孩的耳朵會受不了！還好用餐時間不會很久，大概1小時就可以去買單。

    湯一樣好喝，沙拉、肉也很好吃； 服務人員態度不佳，愛理不理還翻白眼，印象中屋馬以前不會這樣，單價高、但這種服務態度不會再去用餐了。
