鮨旬為了提供最舒適的服務給每一位來用餐的貴賓，訂位前請您詳細閱讀以下訂位須知，感謝您的體諒與支持。

｜訂位須知：
* 本餐廳僅接受事先預約用餐，所有食材都是根據當天預定人數採購及準備，為避免造成浪費，請於訂位時告知是否有任何食物、飲料過敏(包含酒精類)或不能食用的食材，當日無法做食材的調整。
* 本餐廳不提供素食餐點。
* 提供inline線上訂位、Facebook, Instagram、官方line訂位。
*如有包場需求請電話詢問訂位：04-2251-0848
建議於10:30-16:00來電詢問，如漏接或忙線中讓您等待回應，敬請見諒。

｜營業時間：
* 週二～週六提供晚餐服務。
18:00 - 22:00 (統一入座18:30準時開餐）
*週四提供提供午餐服務。
12:00 - 14:30（統一入座12:00準時開餐）
* 每週日與週一店休。

｜套餐價位：
* 本餐廳提供套餐。
晚餐NT$ 4,500 + 10%服務費。
午餐NT$ 3,500 + 10%服務費。
包場價位一律私訊或電話洽詢。
* 本餐廳不提供全熟食套餐及素食餐點。
* 每人最低消費為一人份餐點+服務費用。
* 訂位需預先支付訂金每人NT$ 2475元，（兩人$4950元、三人$7425元以此類推）銀行匯款後請告知帳號後五碼或截圖傳送訊息，訂位才算成立。

｜自帶酒水費用：
*720m 開瓶費 $500元
*1800ml 開瓶費 $1000元
*烈酒開瓶費$1000元

｜變更與取消：
* 因食材均需提前預訂，並依照當日訂位人數準備，如有變更或需取消訂位時，請務必於預訂用餐日五天前，確認變更內容或是完成取消。

*如需變更或取消預訂，請於該預訂5日前(最晚取消時間為22:00) 透過網路訂位或電話通知，.若於訂位大於5天前變更或取消, 餐廳則不收取任何訂金費用。
*如少於5天取消，訂金將全額沒收。

｜私人包場及特別活動:
如您預訂人數超過8位以上有私人包場需求, 歡迎您透過私訊或電話與我們詢問，會有專人與您服務。

｜餐廳規定：
* 為維護其他顧客用餐體驗，恕不招待12歲以下孩童。若攜帶12歲以下孩童視為違反餐廳規定，我們將有權取消訂位，並視同為臨時取消，謝謝您的諒解。
* 本餐廳有權更換菜單。
* 來店用餐請著正式服裝，請勿穿著拖鞋及並避免過度使用香水或古龍水。男士請勿穿著背心及短褲。
* 本店全面禁菸，電子菸屬於禁菸範圍之內。
* 為維護全體客人用餐品質，建議於店外使用手機通話。
* 基於食品衛生安全考量，本餐廳不提供餐點外帶或打包服務。
* 為維持其他顧客用餐體驗，餐廳內禁止使用閃光燈或自帶照明器具拍照。

非常好的高級日料：食物的鮮度、阿瑋師父的功力、呈現，包括外場兩位的服務水準，都有摘星的表現。台中的鮨字輩：鮨戎、鮨多芽、鮨、鮨磯山每一家都有高水準的演出。比較起台北近萬的日料，可以說更適合台中、也更物有所值。

如果喜歡吃無菜單料理，這間真的必吃，吃完還會回訪的店，精緻餐點，師傅每道都介紹的很詳細。環境安靜。
