自助吧的空間較擁擠，取飲料會跟取濃湯的人互相搶位，醬料與調味料的放置也希望能夠改善，不然也會有互相跨界干擾的狀況；再來就是客人的衛生素質，會發生取用完後未將上蓋蓋上的情事

肉品品質佳，自助吧的食物也很好吃，整體cp值高，已經回訪第二次。建議偶爾可以更換菜色。服務員也服務周到有禮貌，非常推薦的東區牛排餐廳。

肉和其他可以自助的餐點、湯都很好吃，服務很棒，美中不足的點是餐廳內排風不太好，一進門就是滿滿的油煙味

肉品新鮮，店員服務很周到，態度也很好！今天是幫朋友慶生，當月壽星有送蛋糕一塊，整體的用餐體驗很滿意，有機會會再帶親朋好友回訪。

當天薯條炸物等及義大利麵有一段很長的空窗期大概有20分鐘都是空的補上的時候牛肉跟松阪豬不錯吃

7月去現場等過一次，沒提前說客滿不會讓留完資料的候位客人進場用餐，也不會打電話告知，當天已有反應店員表示抱歉並招待300元抵用卷，今日回來用餐慶生特別先訂位，並且特地趕時間到場用餐，訂位8點到，報到時告知雖有訂位但前面還有客人尚未離場請我們稍等，最後是等到22分才入場，用餐過程都還可，但吃飽結束到買單前都沒有詢問慶生事宜，其他桌也都有慶生服務，想說可能我沒備著到，後續上訂位App確認，上面打著我正在這邊慶生…但什麼都沒有被告知跟詢問，整體的服務很不值得這個價位，也不是說現場多忙硬要要求服務，上次沒訂位想說就算了這次特別訂位來用餐結果竟然更糟糕

自助吧餐點非常好吃，牛排部分必需自己考，自己決定肉食的熟度！整體來說，很不錯，非常值得再訪，用餐時間建議必需先訂位，才不用等太久！

人多時空氣不好充滿岩燒味希望能通風些把味道吹走我還坐在冷氣風口附近感覺味道還是重，但食物是好吃的

牛肉品質超級好桌邊服務人員的態度和跟講解都非常仔細收用過的餐具和補滿自助餐的食物速度都很快櫃台人員在確認訂位時時間略久但是最後結帳時的態度跟說明又很快速
