The experience with the restaurant is awesome. It is definitely value for money (from my perspective). Recommended to order single soup pot if you only have 2 pax as the 2 soup pot will be very costly.

侍應小哥服務週到，講解耐心又清楚，食物質素很好(除鲷魚片一般)，坐位舒適，是一次很好的體驗。可以網上訂座，不用排隊(西門町店)。

食物新鮮，價錢略貴，環境清潔，服務很好。可免費添加豆腐和鴨血，喜歡吃鴨血的食客必可滿足。值得去。

麻辣湯底很讚配鴨血一流，服務很到位最後的蜜桃沙冰清新解膩.但食物的選擇偏少希望肉類以外的選擇多一些。

鍋底真的好好吃湯也很好喝蔬菜和肉都很新鮮母親節來這裡過對於不愛吃吃到飽的媽媽來說真的非常適合她

簡直是跟以前差天共地，不知為何服務質素和食物都下降了很多，外場人手不足，訓練也不足，以後真的不會再吃了

在網上訂枱下午四點，在當天早到咗15分鐘，見到餐廳內有很多空枱，同侍應要求可否早點入去坐，但侍應點都要等到四點先比入去坐。食物很好，但侍應已經無幾年前咁熱情招待，態度比較冷淡。
