   Exceptional food and exceptional service. Our waitress and her assistant/bus boy together provided the best service we have ever had at a restaurant. There are not a ton of items on the menu, but what is there is beyond special. We will always eat at this restaurant on all future trips to Kapaa.

   So incredibly delicious. You can tell there was so much thought put into every dish. Brock was a wonderful server and provided fantastic recommendations. We had the tuna carpaccio, bao buns, crispy rice, smashed cucumber salad, lobster linguine, tiramisu, lava cake. Omg it was all delicious. We wanted something special for our friend’s birthday and wow this delivered. Highly recommend!

   It was very nice. The only thing we missed was bread or crackers being served. Hawaiian 🌺 bread could’ve been a plus, otherwise delightful. It’s a little difficult to have an intimate romantic dinner (we were celebrating my husbands bd & it was noted) and that would’ve been nice to have a complimentary desert for him.

   One of the best meals on the islands. The drinks and service were also very good. Don’t let the looks of the location fool you. It is decorated and run very well. One of the best meals I’ve had.

   We really enjoyed our dinner at Naisla Kitchen & Cocktails! The food was excellent, the space is lovely, the cocktails were on point, and overall the service was great. We ordered the Local Greens salad, the Italian Ramen, and the Short Rib entrée. All were beautifully prepared and flavorful. The Short Rib was the favorite for sure! If I had one little gripe about the menu, it would be that I’d like to see more gluten free options on the menu. Offering a gf pasta would really open up more possibilities for those who need them! There were a few hiccups with service - I believe they were quite understaffed on the evening we visited, and one of the servers who was helping us wasn’t quite “on it”. But we received excellent service from someone else who was seemingly helping out with everything she possibly could - I believe she was either the manager or owner. This woman was everywhere and she was doing it all with grace and excellent hospitality. She made up for some of the longer waits and then some. All things considered, we enjoyed our evening at Naisla and would definitely return next time we’re on the island!

    I heard of this restaurant last year & never made it around to check it out until recently making a reservation for me & my other half for date night. I think the food is phenomenal, I got the filet mignon which was served with truffle potato pure (mashed potatoes) w/baked pearl onions & cut mushrooms which was a solid 10/10, perfect medium rare by the way. I order it every single time. My other half liked the Miso Carbonara & loved the Kauai Shrimp Caesar (w/out shrimp) he says the wasabi Caesar dressing was very tasty. We like to sit at the bar, it's quicker service & the seating isn't as cramped. I like to recognize Casey our bartender, his work ethic & service is 11/10, bar is clean, neat & bar presentation is on point. Since its a small restaurant, with only 2 cooks in the front serving a full house makes the seating & wait time for food pretty long. I recommend making an early reservation time definitely before 7:30pm. Me & my other half are becoming regulars here. As a Native Hawaiian & Island Concierge I'll definitely be referring people.
