Insgesamt war der Abend wundervoll, wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Die Weinkarte ist der Wahnsinn, für mich etwas überfordernd, jedoch wurden wir gut beraten welcher Wein zu unserem Essen passt. Als Vorspeise hatte ich die Zwiebelsuppe von der ich sehr begeistert war. Als Hauptgang gab es dann die Edelfisch Bouilliabaisse mit Safran Risotto, welche auch unfassbar lecker war. Zum Dessert hatte ich das Erdnuss Crème Brûlée. Auch das war unglaublich gut. Alles in einem ein sehr gelungener Abend und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Steinbutt für 42 Euro war fett, schlechte Qualität und in der Komposition nicht stimmig. Schnitzel war in Ordnung. Heute können wir das Lokal leider nicht weiter empfehlen und sind sehr enttäuscht worden. Haben die Bedienung darauf angesprochen, leider keine Reaktion.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Kritik. Gerechtfertigt ist diese jedoch nicht. Es war schwer sie an diesem Abend zufrieden zu stellen. Von Anfang an haben sie etwas zu meckern gehabt. Ob das der Tisch war oder die Größe der Brotteller.. Zweimal wurden sie während des Essens gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Beides mal haben sie eine positive Rückmeldung gegeben. Alle Teller wurden komplett leer gegessen, so dass wir keinen weiteren Grund hatten nach Qualität zu fragen. Kommunikation vor Ort, meine Empfeh.

Solides, sehr gutes Sterne-Essen, aber es fehlt aktuell an Experimentierfreudigkeit. Das war früher besser. Da wusste man mit einer süßen, cremigen Suppe mit sauer-scharfen Jalapeños eine Geschmacksexplosion auf die Zunge zu zaubern. Auch hat uns gestört, dass das Personal die ganze Zeit lautere, private Gespräche geführt hat. Schön wenn man sich untereinander gut versteht, aber für den Gast beim Essen eher störend.
