- PPatriciaPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 10, 2024This was a perfect place to celebrate a special birthday. The ambiance was lovely and the steak was truly delicious; the chef was not at all daunted by the request to cook it “Pittsburgh style.” We can also highly recommend the grilled pear salad and the truffle cavatelli. Outstanding service by Alexandra complemented the outstanding meal. Wonderful choice for a special night out.More infoJefferson's Restaurant at The Omni HomesteadPrice: Expensive• American• Hot Springs•4.7

Discover Snowshoe
While Snowshoe is well-known for skiing, the area is a popular destination during all four seasons. The dining scene takes its cues from the West Virginian backdrop of the Allegheny Mountains and wide open spaces. You’ll find Italian, American and seafood restaurants as well as steakhouses, sports bars and alpine inns. Mountain lakes, streams and rivers are the source of staples, such as fried catfish, striped bass and seared rainbow trout. Snowshoe menus include prime rib eye, barbecue and brisket plates, elk tenderloin and filet mignon as well as locally raised poultry and farm fresh vegetables. Snowshoe chefs get creative with roasted oysters, grilled flat iron steak and braised veal shank over risotto and root vegetables. Choose chili, wings, soups or salsa to warm up after a day on the slopes. Other hearty comfort food selections include meatloaf, chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes.
