   I have dined several times to Redstone in Burlington. Always a great meal, beautiful ambience, and great staff.

   The food was good as always. However the server was inexperienced and forgetful to the point it affected our enjoyment. She was nice and polite though. But our appetizer was forgotten until we asked for it when our entrees arrived. Wrong side dish arrived. An upcharge for a replacement side dish without warning. Asking repeatedly for missing items. We usually are very forgiving of people just trying to make a living but we left less than our usual 20 percent. Also it was extremely noisy

   It started with our reservation. We made one, asked for standard seating and they put us in the bar at a high top table. Waitress asked for our drink order, we gave it and also ordered the skillet corn bread. She came back about 10 minutes later and asked if we wanted to order any appetizers so we said nothing additional just the corn bread we ordered. She said oh no I forgot to put it in. She ran off and put it in. It showed up about 10 minutes later under cooked. We barely ate any of it. We then ordered meals and the waitress managed to screw that up also. I ordered haddock and she put it in as salmon. Everyone was apologetic, including the manager who told us the waitress put the order in wrong and that the meal would be taken off the bill. The waitress came by when we were done with the bill and let us know again that the haddock had been taken off the bill. Well upon inspection of the bill the haddock for some reason was on the bill twice in two separate locations and was only credited once. I not sure what they were doing but we pointed it out to the waitress and she assured us we weren’t paying for it. We had to show her the total and show her that it was added on twice. My guess is there was some dishonesty going on. In summary it was our first time at Red Stone and our last.

   Great lunch celebrating my husbands birthday with family. The service and food was great we had 2 children and one infant in our group and we enjoyed a relaxing meal with no issues or rush and very relaxed atmosphere

   Our waitress Kimberly was fantastic! Friendly, conscientious and fun to deal with. Food was great and prices were good.

   I’d rather spend a few more dollars and go to Bancroft across the street or spend way less and go to Tony Cs

    Everything was great! Food delicious, accommodating wait staff, attractive surroundings and competitive pricing. Also easy to find and plenty of parking! Highly recommended.
