   Excellent and warm service. Food was great. I think it is the best restaurant of the Scotto Group.

   This was my first time here and I love this place. The ambience, the food and down to the staff were all EXCELLENT. I will be back for sure!!

   So disappointed: for the $250 tomahawk ribeye special, I had high expectations. It literally had no taste. Could have bought a ribeye at a local supermarket, grilled it up at home and had a better experience. “Kettle corn” tasted like out of a can and other sides average at best. Bacon appetizer was awful, lobster bisque average while calamari appetizer was only dish I’d rate as decent. It’s been awhile since I was here and it clearly went far downhill, never again. Service staff was fantastic, must give credit where it’s due.

   Dined last night for a birthday celebration, the service was excellent, the manager came over to say hello. Our waitress made sure everything was perfect. This is the best restaurant .

   Definitely a better experience then when I went on Valentine’s Day, wanted to try restaurant again did not disappoint.

   A let-down. Made a reservation for two well ahead of time for my anniversary with my wife. They called to confirm the reservation the morning of, yet when we arrived we were made to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, for which the staff were oddly unapologetic. we were not told they were out of the lobster bisque (the only soup) until we tried to order it. we were asked three separate times if we were there for a special occasion, information which I had included when making the reservation. I had the crabmeat stuffed shrimp, & the shrimp were surprisingly tough. I was given a butter knife instead of a fish knife to eat my entree. Our server(s) switched twice. Far too many drunks from the bar were permitted to simply wander into the dinner areas & shout obscenities & otherwise harass the dinner patrons. My wife & I have been coming here a few times a year for several years but it was never like this. truly a disappointing experience.

   Dear Mr. Goldman, We tried to reach out to you regarding your dining experience and 2-star review by email. We haven't heard back from you. For clarity, you did have an 8pm reservation and arrived late by approximately 10 minutes and we apologize that you waited another 10 minutes to be seated. It does happen in restaurants that occasionally we will run out of a menu item. We apologize. We have steak knives and regular flat knives for all non-steak menu items such as fish. Servers work in teams of two people. We are sorry for the confusion. Our patrons do have a lot fun at the bar. We're sorry if they were loud. We would of course welcome you and your wife back again and offer you the royal treatment to make up for your anniversary dinner. ~ RARE650 Prime Steak & Sushi ~
