Well known and loved for wild game, steaks and seafood, Rainbow Lodge features lunch, dinner & Sunday brunch. Owner Donnette Hansen's attention to detail is reflected in everything from the comfortable refined log cabin setting & landscaped grounds to the seasonally changing menus. Insider's tip: go for the business lunch ($19 for three courses). Sophisticated but not stuffy! Menu hits include elk chops, grilled buffalo tenderloin, smoked rainbow trout caviar topped tater tots and Lodge smoked duck gumbo. Do not miss the famous TIED FLY BAR! with its crafted cocktails and views of an acre of grounds, the bar is the most popular seat in the house. Often voted best patio in Houston, Sunday Brunch enthusiasts enjoy casual patio dining with $2 mimosas. Sunday Suppers feature half price wines by the glass and a $18 comfort food special.     I had the Halibut and my husband had the bison tenderloin. They were both tasty and well prepared. The environment and service were warm and inviting. It was just what we needed after being cooped up at home after our cold front this week. Thank you Rainbow Lodge!

    Wonderful! I requested a quiet spot because some of our party had hearing issues. We had a quiet corner table and our server, Samantha was great.

    Great experience! Definitely going back. Highly recommend this place. I would also go the one. The weather is nice so we could enjoy the outdoor seating.

    Delicious food, great ambiance, very romantic date location. I was so impressed with the menu selection and the atmosphere- it felt like I was staying in a cabin in Colorado. I’m a vegan and my partner is not, and we both enjoyed decadent meals. 5 stars, will definitely be back.
