   Hi Miss fair was nice. Location is great. The service and the food were subpar on this trip and to be honest it was our second time in a row where this was the case. I think we would be finding a new sushi place to frequent it’s not that people went out of their way to Not make a great experience, but it seems like the brand is costing on what it once was and not what it should be and the customer experience and food is lacking at this point. Hate leaving less than Stella reviews, but I think the management needs to have reality check of what it’s putting out there in order to get it fixed

   Had a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The all-day happy hour is enticing but not worth it. We ordered happy hour rolls which are not regular sized but the menu fails to disclose this information. We waited for an hour to eat and hardly ever saw our server so trying to ask about our order was impossible. The other half of our order never showed up and our hibachi order was served cold as it was obviously sitting in the kitchen for 45 mins. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

   The service was great. The food was delicious but the menu bummed me out a bit since I have tried great sushi and I felt the rolls were basic for that type of restaurant.

   Soup arrived cold. Sent it back and still wasn't hot. Ordered the salad with salmon. Salmon was dry and over cooked. The Mandarin oranges tasted like the can. Salad dressing had a bad aftertaste. When the waiter came back to the table and saw that hardly any food had been eaten, he didn't ask us why. Never have to go back.

   We had reservations and there was a line to check in. The men in front of us said they were waiting quite a while and also had reservations. Then a couple cut in front of us and was seated before us even though they weren’t in line nor had reservations. Rude hosting staff. Horrible service; made us wait about 10-15 minutes before even greeting us at our table. Completely unorganized. Server was rude and didn’t “service” well. Took forever to get our drink order and wasn’t helpful at all. Worst service we’ve ever had at this establishment. Putting on the bottom of our list for restaurants

    We arrived at 5:30 for our reservation and were promptly seated in the back corner of the restaurant. There were three of us dining and each of us had a plate in front of us that was stuck to the table. 2 of the three plates had food residue on them, which was a big concern for us. When dining at a sushi restaurant, it is imperative that we have confidence in the cleanliness and quality of the preparation of the food. We left.
