   Good: Food was very very good. Grilled Cheese, Mussels, Chicken Sandwich, Broccolini & Fries all great. New decor is nice, very well done. We were seated promptly. Bad: Service was friendly but very rushed. We hardly finished a sentence before he was off to another table. Kitchen timing was not great. Starter came promptly but when our main courses came one of them was almost 10 minutes after the other. Music was very annoying. Might have been where we were seated but it sounded like we were in a night club. Overall. definitely worth another try because food was that good. Hopefully other stuff gets better.

   Food was fabulous. Service was great atmosphere was perfect. However, there needs to be some ventilation within. We walked out smelling like hickory house but something‘s not going right with the pizza oven needs to be addressed everything else superb.

   This has only been open a couple weeks and they are certainly still working out the kinks. Menu is interesting and everything we tried was quite good and presented nicely. Menu was served “family style” and items came out as they were ready. Ok concept, but the tables are TINY and there really isn’t room to have several dishes from which to serve and individual plates and water glasses and drink glasses. Server and other staff were very attentive at first—almost too attentive—but as tables filled up we had to really work to flag someone down for water refills. And, water glasses are tiny. We needed lots of refills with the rich food paired with high altitude, dry air, and a full day of skiing. We will try it again, but it probably won’t be one of our go-to places.

   the pizza oven ventilation was not working so the restaurant was nearly uninhabitable - but they cleared it out in about 10 minutes but i came back in waves throughout the dinner - fix the pizza oven ventilation!

   Wowza! Aspen is so lucky to have Zig Zag! We went early, as a storm was coming in and unfortunately had a limited menu. I can tell you the food is really really fantastic! We had the burger, chicken, white pizza and I loved everything. It’s a smash burger with onion confit, pickles, served in a bed of sauce. Good lord, it was heavenly! Our waiter was an angel named Gabriel, who could not have been lovelier and was just so truly wonderful! I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu!!

   Great food! The server was confused from the start, and we didn’t receive one of the meals until everyone else was finished. It was their first week being open so some issues were expected. I would go back and would recommend this restaurant in a few more weeks when they have the kinks worked out. The food was delicious! They did a great job with the remodel.

   Overall our dining experience was good. The restaurant just opened (within a week), and it was just after Christmas which means they were running at capacity. The kinks will be worked out and kitchen and staff will get into their groove… We will be back which is the important thing. Steak tartare was memorable.
