   Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Ryan was very attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely trying the NYC location!

   The food was average, the service was pretty bad. I suspect this is not Jose Andres restaurant but he only licensed his name. His precious restaurant as SLS hotel was on a completely different level. The ambiance felt like a school cafeteria. People disinfecting menus in front of you and folding napkins is not how a restaurant at Ritz Carlton should conduct its business, customs should never see that. The food was coming way too fast and waitresses were taking our plates before we even finished yet no-one cleaned the table in between dishes. We had a tasting menu and all the plates were to share but then we got two full deserts each, which I think was a mistake. In general the staff seemed to be confused and not properly trained. We will not be back, there are so many more restaurants in South Beach and Miami with better food and service.

   They seriously overbooked for a holiday party - were delayed about an hour getting to a table and had a table pulled-in from the cafe at the last minute. The menu said cava at midnight even for guests arriving early in the evening and, of course, they stayed at tables until midnight - backing-up table assignments for later reservations. Poor planning for an event. Cone here any other time, just not for a special event like New Years Eve.

    The food was above average, but not great. The atmosphere was nice service was good. I was disappointed in the whole overall experience because of the level of involvement and gala type effect.
