The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing or interruptive. We felt welcomed and enjoyed learning about this cuisine. Care was taken to ensure the member of our party who has dairy sensitivity didn’t have dairy included in family-style dishes. The food was absolutely delicious! Lamb was tender, spicing was flavourful heat overpowering the flavours. The birthday we were celebrating was recognized by the staff without it being a show. I Highly recommend Zarak! We’ll be back!

First time at the restaurant. I can see why they charge for no-shows. It’s a small restaurant and we were seated at the bar. The drinks were amazing! The food beyond delicious (we had the mantu and eggplant dip for appetizers, and the bolani and lamb kabobs for dinner). The service was so well paced and informative. I can’t wait to go again!

All dishes were absolutely delicious! We had mantu dumplings, Uzbek palaw, and the Silk Road mixed grill platter. The lamb shoulder was amazing! Very tender and full of flavour. The service was excellent! There's also a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. We'll definitely be back.
