   We had dinner at Yu Seafood at Valentine's day. Everything was rushed. We ordered from the a la carte menu. Within 5 minutes of placing our order, the 1st dish was presented to us. Then the 2nd, then the 3rd... There was a time when there were at least 5 dishes sitting on our table. All the food came really rushed. The server advised that the kitchen was busy that night and can not hold back the dishes. Overall it was a really rushed experience for us. The service used to be top notch, unfortunately it is lacking that finesse touch as l see new servers every time l eat there. There was this pork dish which we ordered which tasted good when it was hot, but due the the amount of dishes was piled onto us, by the time we got to the pork dish the oil had solidified and made it utterly disgusting to eat.

   Pretty dining room, attentive staff, honest and authentic dim sum offerings. The premium dishes and ingredients are a fun novelty, but the quality of the traditional items is worth returning for.

   Excellent food! The best chinese Ive had in Toronto in a very long time. Service was excellent and they were very busy. It is very pricey but I feel was worth it.

   The 髮菜蠔豉and steamed sea bass we ordered were excellent! The sauce of the former dish was next to perfect (tasty, with layers, perfect consistency). The steamed fish was done just right (not overcooked which is not easily achieved esp. when compared to other restaurants). Unfortunately, finished/empty dishes were not picked up frequently enough. No wet napkins nor gloves were provided for the baked pigeons 乳鴿dish. We're happy that the price overall has been set lower compared to around a year ago which makes it more attractive to visit more often.

   Service were fine on the weekend, but servers on slower days seems significantly less trained. They dropped some of my food on the table while putting down a serving spoon, didn't clean it out off the table or apologize at all. Had to call them at least twice to get their attention, cause signaling them while putting out hands just got ignored. We had a fairly large table, when our dishes got on the table they just put them on the far end of the table. We have been here a dozen or so times, mostly on weekend, and the service has been fine. This is the second time we came on a slower week day, and service is even worse than last time. I would avoid coming in on Monday through Thursday.

    We made reservations for dim sum at 11:30am for four - 2 adults and 2 kids. They took us in early. We got our food promptly. The server was polite and chatted with us - even the kids. She offered plastic cutlery and a plate for my youngest. Tentative. refilled our waters and took away empty plates promptly too. I didn’t feel rushed or anything- it was a great family bonding time with your great service! Thank you!
