    Great location, but spotty service. The chicken was dry and tough. Caesar salad was wilted. The automatic 18% tip and local D.C. tax adds over 20% to your bill, which unfortunately is becoming the standard surcharge in the area. Lot's of great restaurants in the area so if you're going to go out to eat, pay a bit more for a better menu and service.

    James took great care of us! He was aware of my gluten allergy. I had the chicken and waffle. The hubby had the biscuit and gravy. We enjoyed ourselves. We brought guests from Detroit and they loved it as well.

    WE totally enjoyed our time at Yardbird. The food as great and our server, Anthony was the best, along with the staff that assisted him. I look forward to returning again soon.

    Solid spot. The biscuit donuts are incredible. The chicken was kind of bland and could be cooked longer. The cheddar waffle was one of the best I’ve ever had.
